It took me awhile to actually get my head around what Library 2.0 is. However I believe it is the modern version of the library. Involving users sharing ideas, commenting and rating the library collection.
A change to a more modern way of providing services to library patrons. With the emphasis on user - focused change. Some changes that would fit into the library 2.0 vision have been

- Bibliographic Databases and Library Automation
Library 2.0 is meant to encourage user selfhelp, participation and feedback.
A major principle of it is also to continue to improve services and be willing to replace them at any time, with newer and better services.
