I imagine that when I started working in libraries. About eight years ago is when the library 2.0
movement, would have really got going.
Particulary in the last five years I have really noticed the advances in the technology, that we use in the library and that patrons are much more able
to choose self help options to get what they need from the library.
Its good to see that services seem to be continuely looked at and then subsequently improved when needed.
